1. Make samples according to customer needs, and provide design drawings for customized products based on our own professional opinions for customers to choose. After confirmation, the customer will pay the mold opening fee. The mold fee is generally non-refundable and remains exclusive to the customer and will not be supplied to other customers.
2. After the sample is completed, we will deliver it to the customer for approval, quotation, and confirmation of color effect.
3. Sign the contract, place the order, and pay the deposit. The new product production cycle is 60-70 days after the mold is completed.
4. There is no need to open mold products, and the production cycle is 55-60 days.
5. Provide packing size information to customers 1-2 weeks before the goods are completed, so that customers can book space and follow up on delivery arrangements (contact the freight forwarder to arrange delivery).
6. Complete delivery of the goods to the freight forwarder's warehouse, and the freight forwarder will safely transport them to the customer.
